Pier was a successful chef. Now he is a defeated man. Mistakes and debts have devoured his dream: that of running a perfect restaurant. In pursuing his ambitions, he has lost all those near to him. Until an encounter one day changes his life: Granata, a homeless philosopher who introduces him to an invisible world of marginalised people who survive by recovering the food wasted by large retailers. For Pier it’s a rebirth: he realises that there is no longer time to waste anything: food, love, time, his talent. But being born again always comes at a painful price, and he will have to pay it in full.
